Shipping & Return Policy

TRACKING YOUR ORDER ships internationally. Need full shipping address (*No PO BOX Delivery*).

After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information, tracking number and a link to track your purchase.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We will contact you with a follow-up email confirming your purchase.

Exchange & Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your Philippe le Bac purchase. However, in the event that you need to exchange or return your unworn and unwashed items please contact us with “return & exchange” as message title within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Once we have received and verified your request you will receive a confirmation email with directions on the following steps to take.

All taxes , Custom/Duty (if any) occurred during the shipping process should be paid by customer

Orders placed online must be returned to Philippe le Bac website. We do not accept offline returns or exchange at Philippe le Bac stores.

Full-priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 7 days after reception of goods in their original complete package with all tags and packaging.

Sale merchandise and products such as underwear, tight leggings, pants and socks, as well as baby clothes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

No returns or refunds will be accepted if the goods are checked to be worn, washed or altered in any way as a result of customer handling

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

Upon the reception of returned goods, Philippe le Bac Cashmere & Co reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Return shipping fees will be on customer’s charge (non-quality problem reasons).

Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your total refund amount or will be added to the amount due on exchanged item.
